1. Provide a series of recommendations for officers to prepare for job interviews to maximize the presentation of their skills, experience, and capabilities to stand out as the best candidate for selection 
2. Give officers a blueprint for their future job searches 
3. Discuss tips and tricks for interviewing for jobs
4. Allow current officers to have an informal discussion with an experienced officer about finding new positions
5. Answer FAQ of PHS officers regarding job searches
